I bet this girl (or boy) was burned. Teeth are usually the only ones left when someone dies in a fire (unless they rot unnaturally fast, which is VERY unlikely), and serial killers usually burn their victims because it's the fastest way to clear the body, as well as potential pieces of evidence.
